Heather Chairperson patricia.heather@bnsf.com The AAR General Claims Conference Publications Committee will provide a directory containing the telephone, address, and email information for the members of the General Claims Conference and Short Line Claims organizations to all of those who subscribe to The Bulletin. Our objective is to update this directory and annually distribute it with the March edition of The Bulletin.
